		<description>I don&#039;t know exactly why, but sometimes I am told a parent-directory is locked and I need to run &quot;clean up.&quot; If I run clean up on the directory itself, rather than the parent-directory, the clean up is unable to solve the problem, even though it is &quot;successful&quot;.
